Return Policy

Processing & Shipping Times: Every Product has the processing & shipping in the description. We are the definition of a Small American Business. We are 1.5 people producing and shipping Our orders as accurately and as fast we can. Since all products are made to order as explained in the description we require a processing time to complete each order.


We need Time to Produce/Process each order because: 

  • We are the definition of a  Small American Business. We're not Amazon, Wal-Mart or any other Big Multi-Bazillion Dollar E-Commerce Company.
  • We are Only 2.5 people. The .5 being my 74 year old Mom who prints our Orders & Shipping Labels

Designs: Big Rig Threads Reserves the Right to Change any design at any time without Notice to Produce a Better Quality Product. This Normally happens on Apparel Vinyl Decals, Printed & Embroidered Hats. 

    Please Don't Click and Buy. Read all information before ordering. 

    Please Review Your Order at Checkout to make sure it's correct. All of our Products are Made to Order. Any Ordering Errors on Your Part will be Your Responsibility. 

    We do not Refund or Exchange orders due to buyer’s remorse. If you choose not to read the description about the product you ordered. That will be your error. All products are made to order. 

    In the case of a Product needing to be Exchanged due to a defect or Our error, we will be more than happy to replace the product at no charge. Please send us a Photo of the Error so we can confirm the mistake.

    If you make an error on the Size, Color, Quantity etc., then that is Your error and does not fall under the Refund or Exchange policy. Make sure to Read the Description of the Product You're ordering. 

    If you enter the Wrong Address & We Receive the Product back. You will need to pay to have it shipped again or we can refund the amount of the Product minus the shipping cost. On a free shipping item, there is also a shipping cost that will be deducted. We are very fair on our policy and have zero issues paying for Our mistake, but we will not pay for Yours. Not being Rude. :)

    If an Exchange is needed & approved, it needs to be Made within 5 Days of Receiving/Scanned Delivered Your Product.  

    Non-Exchangeable Reasons

    •   On Your Text Here Products, If you spell Your Desired Text incorrectly, We will not be held responsible for your spelling error. Please double check your spelling and grammar. 
    •     If you order a Product and entered the wrong Size, Color or Quantity. We will not be held responsible for your error.  Please double check your order before completing checkout. Human error can cause unneeded stress. 
    •    If you live outside the United States and did not check with your local Customs Guidelines and they charge a Duty for Your new product, You are responsible for Your Duty. This is a charge set up by Your Government and has nothing to do with Big Rig Threads. 
    •    Flexfit Hats comes in 2 Sizes: S/M & L/XL. There is a Size Chart in the Photos of each listing. Please make sure you view it before ordering. 
    •    Incorrect Address. We only ship to the address you provide. We are not responsible if you enter the wrong house number, misspell your street name or enter the wrong zip code. If an item is Returned to Sender you will need to pay for shipping to have it shipped back to you.
    • We try be very fair with our Policies. We have no problems accepting Our Mistakes and we only ask that You do the same. 

    All Apparel is pre-checked for holes in collar, arm seems, bottom hem seems, etc before printing and again during the packaging process.
