Left Chest/Badge Number: All Shirts come with a Left Chest & Back.  The Center Circle on the Maltese Cross is for Your Badge Number Only, Not Your Name. If you don't want Your Badge, Please Write "Leave Blank" and we'll insert the Helmet Ladder Emblem as shown below. The Left Chest is a Repeat of the Back of the Shirt. If You're Unsure or Have Questions, You can call us at 40-834-2442. You only need to Enter Your Badge Number or Write Leave Blank.

Personal Names on Shirt: We do not Personalize these shirts with Your Name. All Text Fields are for FD Name, Department, Rescue, Ladder, Engine, etc. Adding a Personal Name will only result in your shirt not being completed as you want  

Text Field Example: Correct Way

• Left Chest - Maltese Cross:  55
• Back-Enter Text Above the Word Fire: Hastings
• Back-Enter Text Below the Word Fire:  Department

Text Field Example: Wrong Way

• Left Chest - Maltese Cross:  55 Brian Smith 
• Back-Enter Text Above the Word Fire: "Hastings " Fire
• Back-Enter Text Below the Word Fire:  Fire Department
• Back-Enter Text Above the Word Fire: Hastings F.D.
• The word "FIRE" is Standard on the Shirt. If You write "FIRE" below Fire you are repeating the word.
• Adding F.D. Above the Word Fire, is just Abbreviating the words Fire Department and repeating the word Fire again. 
• All these errors are incorrect and will only cause your shirt to be worded incorrectly. 

Note 1: The Following words may be Abbreviated in the Left Chest of the Maltese Cross. We do this because we have a limited area to work within.

• Company to CO
• Department to DEPT
• Township to TWP
• District to DIST

Back Print Size:

• 12.5"w x Proportional Height This depends on the Text added Under Fire.

If You decide not to read the description or follow the text directions and enter Non-Badge Numbers, Slogans, Names, etc, then You are responsible for the finished product.
