Important Info: We are Not Responsible for the Thread Colors You Choose on Your Jacket(s). We do not recommend choosing Dark Thread Colors on Dark Jacket. In other words, Dark Blue would not be a good Thread Color choice on a Black Jacket.
Brand Info: Carhartt is Brand Protected. Which means we are not allowed to order Blank Carhartt's to have as Stock. Every Carhartt we order is accounted for via Carhartt. This is Their way of ensuring the Carhartt Brand is Protected. Once you place your order, Your Carhartt(s) will be ordered. This is normally a 2-3 Business Day process. Once we order Your Carhartt and Your Order goes into production we can not offer a refund.

CHEST WIDTH
Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
ARM
Place hand on hip. Start at the center of the back of the neck and measure across the shoulder, to the elbow, and then down to the wrist.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Shipping/Processing Time: Please allow "up to" 7-11 Business Days to Produce Your Made to Order Product & Receive Your Tracking Email. Shipping Time is between 3-5 Business Days via USPS. You'll receive a Pre-Shipment letting you know your order is in production.
We need Time to Produce/Process each order because:
- We are a Small American Business. We're not Amazon, Wal-Mart or any other Big Multi-Bazillion Dollar E-Commerce Company.
- We are Only 1.5 people. The .5 being my 74 year old Mom who prints our Order Forms & Shipping Labels

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a Pre-Shipment/Tracking Number, letting you know your order is in production and will be shipping out via USPS within the time frame promised. Make sure to check your social/promotional/other folders.
How do Returns/Exchanges work?
All Products are Made to Order. If your product arrives damaged we'll happily replace your product. If you order the wrong size, that doesn't qualify as a returnable or exchangable reason.
